HTC Unveils New ‘Phablet’ With Fingerprint Sensor

Smartphone manufacturer, HTC has unveiled it’s new android based smartphone HTC One Max, with a fingerprint sensor.

htc-one-max.koozaThe fingerprint technology has earlier been used by Motorola in it’s ATRIX smartphone and most recently by Apple in it’s recently released Iphone 5S.
The device boasts a vast array of features to lure the tech-savvy customers, which include a 5.9” HD screen, 1.7GHz quad-core Snapdragon 600 processor, 2GB Ram, Android Jelly Bean version: 4.3, with HTC’s Sense 5.5 user interface on top, micro SD card option up to 64GB, non-removable 3300 MAH battery, a rear camera with 4 MP, 2688 x 1520 pixels resolution coupled with autofocus and LED flash, whereas the front camera offers a resolution of 2.1 MP, 1080p@30fps,  with features such as HDR.
Connectivity options include; GPRS, EDGE, HSPA+; LTE, Wi-Fi 802.11 a/ac/b/g/n, Bluetooth, NFC, Infrared, microUSB v2.0.
The phone weighs a staggering 217 grams.
The phone is slated for a November release in the US, whereas across Asia and Europe; October is the month for the official release, however, the price is not yet known.
