The special court will resume hearing into Musharraf treason case here on Tuesday.\In the previous hearings the former military dictator didn t appear before the court but he now faces non-bailable arrest warrants if he fails to appear today.
A three-judge special court comprising judges of high courts and headed by Justice Faisal Arab had first heard the case on December 24 but the accused has avoided the 22 hearings on one reason or other.
Though once the former military ruler set out for the court but landed at the Armed Forces Institute of Cardiology (AFIC) after developing some heart problems.
