Need to stop those spreading religious hatred: PM

Need to stop those spreading religious hatred: PM
LAHORE: Prime Minister Nawaz Sharif has stressed the need to stop those individuals who are spreading religious hatred.
Addressing a Christmas gathering held at the Governor House Punjab, Prime Minister Sharif said that Pakistan’s Constitution granted equality to all irrespective of religion.
“The government also discouraged discrimination on the basis of religion, caste and colour in its recently launched PM’s Youth Programme,” he said and advised the minority youth to benefit from the opportunity.
The prime minister further said that Jesus Christ spread the message of peace. Prime Minister Sharif added that the way Jesus Christ and Mary were mentioned in the Quran was evidence that Islam and Christianity had the same purpose.
The prime minister stated that unfortunately there were people in Pakistan who used religion for their personal gain and promoted discord. "We have to stop these people and ensure that they are unsuccessful," Prime Minister Sharif said.

Beyoncé gives away $37,500 vouchers
Beyoncé spent $37,500 on gift vouchers for hundreds of her lucky fans on Friday (20.12.13).
The 'Pretty Hurts' hitmaker surprised Christmas shoppers by making an impromptu appearance at Walmart in Tewksbury, Massachusetts, where she was spotted pushing her own shopping cart and picking up a copy of her self-titled record, which topped the US charts and sold more than 500,000 copies in its first week of release despite no promotion.
A store manager told UsMagazine.com that the singer also bought a few toys, including a baby doll, for her and her husband Jay Z's 23-month-old daughter, Blue Ivy Carter, and purchased $37,500 worth of gift vouchers.
She then presented 750 customers with $50 gift cards, enclosed within envelopes that read, 'Happy Holidays from Beyoncé.'
Wearing an aqua-coloured crop top and matching skirt with a leather jacket, the 32-year-old star was in great spirits as she greeted a huge number of her fans in the shop before briefly addressing the crowd via the store's intercom.
The impromptu store visit came just hours after she celebrated the launch and success of her new album, 'Beyoncé,' at Dave Buster's arcade in New York on Thursday night (19.12.13), following her concert at the Barclays Centre in Brooklyn earlier in the evening

Nicole Scherzinger is lining up a career in fashion.
The singer is said to be close to agreeing to a deal to launch her own clothing range with British brand Missguided, and she is expected to snub a return to 'The X Factor' but remain in the UK.
An insider told the Daily Mirror newspaper: 'Missguided think she could be great for the brand and fashion is something she wants to get into.
'Nothing has been signed for next year's X Factor and it's likely that she won't be going back, so it's a great opportunity for Nicole to venture into new areas.
'She wants to continue working in the UK as she loves it here and feels like an honorary Brit. She's obviously going to be continuing with her music and this will be another string to her bow.'
The former Pussycat Doll is keen to put her own mark on the range, and it is expected to include 'sexy, tight-fitting' designs.
The source added: 'Expect a lot of sexy, tight-fitting dresses and plenty of sparkles in the range. She wants to really put her stamp on it and make it Schermazing.'

Guardiola beats Mourinho by a mile

Pep Guardiola is, according to a study by Brazilian consultancy Pluri, the highest paid coach in the world. According to the agency's information, the Bayern Munich coach earns €17 million a year before tax, followed by José Mourinho, who Chelsea pays €10.03m per season.
The highest earning top 3 is completed by Italian Marcello Lippi, who banks €10 million a season from Chinese club Guangzhou Evergrande.
Based on these figures, Guardiola receives the same as the wages of 18 out of the 20 coaches in Spain's BBVA La Liga put together. Excluding Carlo Ancelotti (whose income at Real Madrid is estimated to be €7.5 million per year) and Tata Martino (on €5.4m at Barça), the salaries of the remaining coaches when added together still fall short of Pep Guardiola's €17 million.
Besides the previously mentioned Ancelotti and Martino, who are among the 10 highest earning coaches, only 'El Cholo' Simeone, in 26th place with €2.5 million, and Del Bosque at the nº30 spot with €2.35 million, figure in the world's top 30.
Fabio Capello (Russia) is the highest paid national team coach, receiving €7.8 million every year. Roy Hodgson (England) ranks second, with €3.5 million, followed by Cesare Prandelli (Italy), banking €3 million a year

Megan Fox is a generous tipper

Megan Fox is a generous tipper
Megan Fox never tips less than $20.
The 'Transformers' actress - who is currently pregnant with her second child with husband Brian Austin Green - always carries cash in her purse and leaves big tips because she has worked in the service industry herself and knows how hard it can be.
She told Us Weekly magazine: 'I always bring cash for tips, and I never give less than $20. I used to work in a smoothie shop, so I know the value of a tip.'
Megan, 27, always keeps other things to hand in her bag, including pens and a book to read.
She added: 'I only use black Sharpies [pens]. I'm very particular about how my handwriting looks. I'm also reading 'The Books of Enoch', which was once part of the Hebrew bible. My favourite TV show is 'Ancient Aliens', and this book describes angels in a way that sounds extraterrestrial.'
Megan previously revealed she is having an easier time with her second pregnancy and it hasn't been as hard as her first pregnancy with 15-month-old son Noah.
She said: 'For the most part, I would say it's been a lot easier. I think that could have a lot to do with the fact that I already have a baby, so I'm so distracted taking care of him, that I don't really have time to sit and lament on the fact that I'm pregnant or indulge my pregnancy.'
