MUMBAI: Lady Gaga had got addicted to ‘marijuana’ and used to smoke up around fifteen joints a day when she was suffering from a labaral tear in her hip.

Marijuana is legal in some American states such as California and according to Lady Gaga it helped her overcome the pain. However, after she got cured, she did try to give up the habit but now is finding it tough.

Lady Gaga was trying to numb herself before sleeping it off because the pain was unbearable. Marijuana is a Class B drug and can apparently decrease short term memory, impair motor skills, induce feelings of paranoia and anxiety make eyes appear red.

Gaga reportedly thinks that dealing with the trauma of having to appeal sexually in the music industry may have contributed to her need to chill out and feel out of this world. In order to squash her addiction she turned to sixty six year old performer Marina Abramovic, who put her in intense rehabilitation and made sure she starved for seventy two hours.

Lady Gaga, is a multitalented is an American singer, songwriter, activist, record producer, businesswoman, fashion designer, philanthropist, and actress. Gaga rose to prominence with her August 2008 debut album, ‘The Fame’, which was a critical and commercial success.

In 2012 she launched the Born This Way Foundation (BTWF), a non-profit organization that focuses on youth empowerment and issues like self confidence, well being, anti-bullying, mentoring and career development.

Gaga is an outspoken activist for LGBT rights worldwide. She attributes much of her early success as a mainstream artist to her gay fans and is considered a gay icon. Coming back to her addiction, Marina helped Gaga get over this habit and it made her suddenly give up weed and now she only has the drug for a good time.

OMG! Salman Khan’s ‘JAI HO’ Most Expensive Remake!

MUMBAI: Whatever the ‘Dabangg’ Salman Khan does, he does with style! If latest reports are to be believed, his upcoming ‘Jai Ho’ is to be the most expensive remake of a South film.

The remake rights of Telugu film ‘Stalin’, starring superstar Chiranjeevi and Trisha were reportedly procured by Sohail Khan in a landmark deal recently. The agreement had been signed last year, but the final negotiation was sorted out only very recently.

‘Jai Ho’, earlier titled ‘Mental’, will be remade from the original script of ‘Stalin’, which was purchased by Sohail and team for a whopping Rs 4.3 crore. Shooting for ‘Jai Ho’ is nearly complete.

Naturally, Sohail remained tight-lipped about the deal, but sources close to the project confirm that this is the highest amount that has ever been paid for remake rights of a South Indian film.

The director of the original film ‘Stalin’, A R Murugadoss (of ‘Ghajini’ fame) had wanted to remake his own film in Hindi. However, he was caught up with other projects, so Sohail snapped up the opportunity.

In the initial stages, there was even talk of A R Murugudoss coming on board for Salman’s Bollywood version of the film. But since the director was busy with ‘Thuppakki’, he decided to part with the remake rights.

Said a source: “Nobody in Bollywood will reveal the price of the acquisition of the remake rights of South movies because of various factors. But yes, it is true that ‘Stalin’ is the first South film to have breached the Rs 4-crore barrier in selling remake rights. The previous highest sum was Rs 3.5 crore for a popular Tamil movie.”

Aamir Khan’s Romantic Trip With Kiran Rao!

MUMBAI: Kiran Rao, wife of Aamir Khan turned forty on November 07, 2013. Aamir whisked her away for a romantic moment in Assam to bring in her birthday.

Aamir Khan and Kiran Rao stayed at a private resort inside Nameri National Park in Sonitpur district. Also spotted with the duo was producer, director, host and now a Bollywood actor Karan Johar.

With a bowler hat, his trademark ‘Dhoom 3′ hat, Aamir and Kiran were received with the traditional Assamese ‘Gamosa’ (scarf) by the Sonitpur district. They later also visited the Kaziranga National Park.

According to sources, even Azad Rao Khan was with them. Aamir was spotted playing with his son in the lawns of the resort.

Kiran Rao started her career with a two bit role in the film ‘Dil Chahta Hai’, but her big break came in when she got a chance to assist Ashutosh Gowariker in ‘Lagaan’. It’s during the making of ‘Lagaan’, that Aamir and Kiran bonded. They tied the knot in 2005, after Aamir divorced his first wife and childhood sweetheart Reena Dutta in 2002.

Very few people know that actor Aditi Rao Hydari is Kiran’s maternal cousin. Kiran scripted and directed the film ‘Dhobi Ghat’, which was released in January 2011 under Aamir Khan Productions.

Aamir and Kiran shocked everyone when they openly declared that their son Azad Rao Khan, born on December 05, 2011, was through a surrogate mother.

Space Ferrari' crashes to Earth; more space junk coming soon

It's back home, but not looking nearly as sporty as this anymore.

At some point on Sunday evening, the European Space Agency's Gravity field and steady-state Ocean Circulation Explorer -- also known as GOCE or the "Ferrari of Space" for its sleek shape -- broke up and crashed back to Earth after spending four years in a low orbit precisely mapping our planet's gravity.

As for the obvious question about where exactly it crashed, well, there's been no sightings of fireballs in the sky or reports of damage from falling space junk just yet, but the official word from the ESA is that it re-entered the atmosphere somewhere between Antarctica and Siberia. Turns out that mapping GOCE's demise is done with a little less precision than the mapping the satellite itself once did.

The agency says it's likely that the majority of the one-ton craft burned up in the atmosphere, but an estimated 25 percent of it may have reached Earth's surface, probably landing in the western Pacific or eastern Indian Ocean.

After long outlasting its planned mission length, GOCE finally ran out of fuel about three weeks ago, beginning its long descent back home.

GOCE isn't the only over-the-hill satellite planning a reunion with Earth this week. A Japanese satellite known as IGS 4B will also undergo an uncontrolled reentry in the next few days. Once again, there's no way to tell where it will crash, but I'm willing to bet it might also land somewhere between Siberia and Antarctica.

For the past few hours, the ESA has been saying that more details on exactly where and whenGOCE landed "will soon be communicated." Reentry and breakup events like this can spread debris across surface areas hundreds of miles wide. Once I hear more, I'll update this post. Meanwhile, heads up!
